Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel provides strategic and practical legal advice and support for healthcare transactions and strategic growth initiatives, including M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and affiliations. The role involves managing transactions throughout their lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to closing and post-closing integration, while advising on complex regulatory and commercial agreements. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and outside counsel to ensure timely, cost-effective, and risk-balanced legal support aligned with business priorities.
