Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel position provides strategic and practical legal advice and support for healthcare transactions and strategic growth initiatives under the guidance of the Department of Legal Affairs Leadership. The role involves advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, managing the full transaction lifecycle from structuring to post-closing integration. This position requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing outside counsel to ensure timely and cost-effective legal support aligned with business priorities.
