Corporate Development Associate

Marsh is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Corporate Development Associate to support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The role involves working with senior business leaders throughout the transaction lifecycle, from market and target assessment through valuation, due diligence, approval, execution, and integration planning. This position offers broad exposure to Marsh’s businesses and senior leadership with significant responsibility early in the individual’s career.
