Corporate Development Director

The Director of Global Corporate Development leads end-to-end M&A transactions for Wolters Kluwer, managing deal strategy, valuation, and execution from intake through closing. This role involves deep collaboration with senior executives, external advisors, and divisional leaders to source, assess, and structure acquisitions and divestitures, particularly in the software and AI sectors. The position requires shaping investment theses, overseeing due diligence, and presenting recommendations to the VP and SVP of Corporate Development.
