About this role

This role owns the financial activities within the Corporate Development function, supporting M&A strategy, target screening, valuation modeling, and due diligence. The position involves building financial models, managing deal pipelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute acquisitions and partnerships. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the individual will drive strategic decision-making and post-close integration planning.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain comprehensive financial models including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
Manage M&A deal pipeline and conduct initial screening of strategic targets
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and support post-close integration planning
