Corporate Development (M&A) Manager

The Corporate Development (M&A) Manager will drive the platform's growth strategy by sourcing and executing M&A transactions, managing the deal process from initial outreach through close, and providing FP&A support to existing operating companies. This high-impact role involves building a target pipeline, leading independent due diligence, and presenting acquisition opportunities to leadership and the board. The position offers a direct reporting line to a co-founder with significant equity participation and opportunities for team leadership as the platform scales.
