Corporate Director Safety & Security

The Corporate Director Safety & Security reports to the SVP of Corporate Insurance & Risk Management and leads the Safety & Security departments across Montage International's portfolio. The role oversees safety strategy, risk management, incident investigation, claim reduction, and security operations, while collaborating with property leaders and external agencies. It includes responsibility for policy development, compliance, emergency response, and supporting new hotel projects.
