Corporate / ECVC Associate

Virgil is seeking a Corporate / ECVC Associate to serve as primary corporate counsel for venture-backed startup clients, handling day-to-day legal matters and client relationships. The role involves drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, financing terms, and equity grants while collaborating with founders and internal teams.
