Corporate Facility and Maintenance Technician

The Corporate Facility and Maintenance Technician directs or assists with the corporate-wide maintenance and custodial program to ensure all facilities, grounds, and equipment remain sanitary, functional, and orderly. This role involves conferring with management before initiating significant expenditures and may require emergency repairs within specified cost limits. The position requires broad knowledge of construction, repair, and maintenance procedures, along with preferred certifications in mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems.
