Corporate Finance Manager

This role involves building the foundation of Hybron’s corporate finance function, including owning financial planning and analysis, managing accounting operations, and establishing financial controls for a scaling manufacturing company. The position requires supporting business development with pricing and contract terms while ensuring leadership has accurate financial information for decision-making and compliance. It is a full-time, in-person role at the Hawthorne facility within an early-stage deep tech startup.
