Corporate General Counsel Attorney

The Corporate General Counsel Attorney will serve as the sole attorney in Yaskawa America's newly created Corporate Legal team, providing strategic legal guidance across sales, engineering, and manufacturing functions. Reporting to the CEO, the role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing regulatory compliance, and advising on corporate governance and employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
