Corporate Governance Research Trainee

ISS STOXX is seeking a Corporate Governance Research Trainee to join the Iberia team and support the research process behind voting recommendations for leading institutional investors. The role involves analyzing shareholder meeting agenda items and corporate governance practices during the AGM season, reviewing company disclosures and public filings to assess proposals for shareholder approval. Trainees will work within ISS' benchmark voting guidelines to analyze meeting proposals, conduct research, and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports explaining the rationale behind each voting recommendation.
