Corporate Governance Specialist

The Corporate Governance Specialist will support the Company Secretariat in delivering corporate governance services for Aberdeen’s subsidiaries, particularly regulated and trading entities in the UK and parts of EMEA. The role focuses on preparing board documentation, maintaining statutory registers and filings, and supporting governance processes and the report and accounts approval cycle. The position emphasises using systems, technology and AI to improve efficiency across governance activities and involves regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
