Corporate Knowledge Lawyer

This role involves supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups by producing legal content, developing practical resources, and enabling other lawyers through training and knowledge sharing. The position is a non-client-facing, fully internal role that blends legal expertise with content strategy and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will draft precedent documents, create legal updates, and maintain knowledge assets aligned with firm-wide standards.
