Corporate Legal Counsel at Pluxee supporting the Corporate & Securities Legal Department following the group's spin-off and Euronext Paris listing. Based near Paris, the role provides legal support on company law, regulatory compliance and group structuring across a multinational group with approximately 70 subsidiaries. The position works closely with finance, accounting, tax, treasury and the Head of Legal to support corporate governance, disclosures and strategic initiatives.
