Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal provides comprehensive support to the General Counsel across a broad range of legal and compliance activities, including administering contracts, coordinating legal documentation, and supporting employment and labor matters. This role serves as a key point of contact for legal process administration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure legal matters are organized and executed efficiently. The position is based in Bethlehem, PA, with a hybrid work model typically requiring two days in the office per week.
