Corporate Payroll Specialist II

The Corporate Payroll Specialist II assists in payroll preparation by maintaining basic payroll records and processing timecards, manual checks, and payroll balancing. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt workforces across multiple FEINs. The position requires a working knowledge of multi-state and local payroll taxes, including setup, calculation, and notice resolution.
