Corporate Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney – Mid-Level

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of M&A and transactional experience to join a sophisticated corporate and private equity practice in New York. The role involves representing private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and portfolio companies in transactions such as leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and growth investments. Candidates will draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence, and take ownership of key deal aspects from structuring through closing.
