The Corporate Recruiter at Trex will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing talent pipelines, and supporting offer and onboarding activities while maintaining compliance and fostering a people‑first culture.
