Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of experienced Field Service Technicians across Malin’s Texas and Louisiana markets. This role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing through Indeed and other resources to identify individuals with mechanical, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, electrical, and other transferable technical backgrounds. The position works closely with Field Service Managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand hiring needs, develop qualified candidate pipelines, and provide a high level of service throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
