This 24-month rotational program offers hands-on engineering experience supporting PJM, a leading RTO/ISO, with exposure to system operations, market functioning, and infrastructure planning. Participants will engage with senior leaders, receive mentoring, and develop a comprehensive understanding of power grid operations before transitioning into a permanent role within PJM.
