Corporate Strategy and Stakeholder Experience

This role leads the development of business strategies cascading from the corporate strategic plan and supports the creation of corporate strategic plans for SGI and its regional operations. The position involves facilitating strategic planning meetings, defining key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment between corporate goals and divisional functional strategies. It also includes leading the target operating model process and providing corporate support for divisional strategies.
