Corporate Trainer

Hays Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capabilities, improve project management effectiveness, and support employee development across the organization. The role focuses on leadership development, role-specific training for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, curriculum development, and training program evaluation. The successful candidate will facilitate professional development programs within the construction or electrical industries and understand the operational challenges faced by field leaders and project management teams.
