About this role

The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager II supports the Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and working with clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role provides administrative support to existing corporate trust clients, responds to client inquiries, and assists the Relationship Management team with data compilation, record keeping, and resolving administrative and operational issues. The position offers opportunities for growth in client contact and task complexity through cross-training within the Corporate Trust group.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients
Maintain records and execute client requests using Microsoft products and UMB systems
Interact with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions
