About this role
The Correctional Sergeant III is a supervisory custody position within the NC Department of Adult Correction, assigned to close-custody state prisons. The role is part of the COO - Operations division and reports to a Correctional Lieutenant III or the Correctional Housing Unit Manager. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be eligible for certification by the N.C. Criminal Justice Education and Training and Standards Commission.
