About this role
Sensei is hiring Fitness Practitioners to perform evidence-led physical evaluations, create individualized fitness programs, and deliver high-caliber individual and group instruction for retreat guests. The role is guest-facing and collaborative, requiring documentation of progress, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Practitioners are expected to remain current with exercise science research and contribute to program effectiveness and guest wellbeing. The position requires relocation to Lana'i, HI and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

- Valid U.S. Work Authorization
