Cost Accountant

SetPoint Medical’s Cost Accountant manages product costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost controls as the company scales toward commercialization and IPO readiness. The position involves analyzing manufacturing variances, supporting monthly close activities, and partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.
