Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant is responsible for ongoing gross margin analysis related to inventory and presenting findings to management to aid in profit and loss determination. This role involves monitoring inventory accuracy, maintaining cost systems, analyzing variances, and completing month-end duties to properly record costs per GAAP. The position also includes forecasting, recommending customer pricing, and suggesting improvements for cost and operational efficiencies.
