Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant is responsible for various costing activities, including maintaining labor and overhead rates, cost rollups, inventory valuations, and posting inventory transactions in the ERP system. This role involves variance analysis, maintaining accurate general ledger accounts related to inventory, and providing input into financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. The position also requires maintaining worldwide pricing information, preparing pricing models, and assisting with VAT and tax reports.
