Cost Accounting Manager

The Cost Accounting Manager is a hands-on manufacturing finance leader responsible for building, implementing, and managing the cost accounting and inventory accounting framework for URGO Medical North America's manufacturing operation. This role serves as the primary accounting business partner to Manufacturing Operations, translating plant activity into accurate financial information and actionable business insight while partnering with FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Success requires a builder mindset to create scalable processes and maintain disciplined financial controls as the site transitions from startup into routine commercial operations.
