Cost Analyst

Newmark is seeking a Cost Analyst to join the Project & Cost Management team in Toronto, supporting the Loan Monitoring team by reviewing project documentation, verifying contracts, and tracking budgets and cash flow. The role involves acting as an independent liaison between lenders and developers, monitoring project revenues, approvals, and construction contracts, while contributing to monthly project reporting until loan repayment. This position requires regular site visits to review contractor progress and assist in pre-development feasibility services.
