Torch Technologies is seeking a Cost Analyst to support Aviation programs by providing cost estimating and budget recommendations throughout the entire life cycle and acquisition phases. The role involves developing cost models, performing risk analysis, and communicating financial insights to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge of lifecycle cost estimating and the ability to analyze complex cost data sets.

Responsibilities

Develop cost products and models to evaluate program cost factors and risks
Draft Independent Government Estimates and conduct cost analysis activities
Perform risk analysis and refine cost models based on technical changes
