Cost Controls Manager

The Cost Controls Manager will provide project cost accounting and help design, implement, and administer a rebate program supporting LA County's rebuild effort from impacts of the 2025 fires. This role involves developing project controls systems, tracking project costs, and creating detailed budgets and cash flow projections. The position requires collaboration with senior project management staff to oversee overall project cost control efforts.
