Cost Engineer

This role focuses on developing and improving cost modeling tools to support ground-up should cost estimating for materials, vendor tooling, and engineering changes. The position involves leveraging manufacturing process expertise to provide timely cost insights, evaluate supplier quotes, and drive data-driven negotiations to achieve optimal costs. Additionally, the role requires identifying savings opportunities, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and training new engineers on costing methodologies and tools.
