About this role

The Cost Estimate Senior Analyst joins RTX Enterprise Services' Mobility Payroll & Tax team to produce accurate and timely tax cost estimates for global assignments and proposals. The role supports the Global Mobility function by managing data, preparing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with policies and metrics. It also contributes to strategic initiatives and collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders across HR, tax, legal, and finance.

Responsibilities

Receive and process new cost estimate requests using Equus and ServiceNow
Prepare and deliver tax cost estimate deliverables for bids, accruals and active assignments
Monitor metrics and SLA compliance for cost estimate delivery
