Cost Estimator (Mid-Level)

SSE is seeking a Cost Estimator to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam by developing and validating cost estimates for construction, repair, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. The role involves reviewing project scopes and documentation to determine labor, material, and equipment costs while supporting planning, programming, and budgeting activities. This position requires collaboration with engineers and project managers to ensure estimates accurately reflect project requirements and current market conditions.
