Cost Estimator (SF-424C Lead)

Chartis Federal is seeking a Cost Estimator / SF-424C Lead to support a U.S. Virgin Islands government communications program. This role develops the full implementation cost estimate, cost narrative, basis of estimate, SF-424C budget, and project expenditure plan for FEMA funding evaluation. The position requires telecommunications or infrastructure estimating experience along with hands-on knowledge of FEMA grant budgets and federal cost principles.
