The Construction Cost Estimator will be based in Los Angeles and focus on educational construction projects, supporting one of the largest school bond programs for LAUSD. The role delivers independent cost estimates and budgets to ensure alignment with the owner’s requirements and project constraints. This position supports Cumming Group’s cost management services across school facility projects.
