Cost Estimator

The Cost Estimator will generate and manage estimates for pre‑construction and bidding efforts across all scopes of commercial projects, performing quantity take‑offs, budget development, and bid leadership. The role involves reviewing construction documents, coordinating with design and subcontractor teams, and preparing cost analyses and presentations while supervising support staff.
