Cost Estimator

The Cost Estimator provides early-stage cost planning and estimating support for Bell's AI Fabric program, developing high-level capital cost estimates to guide opportunity screening, business cases, and executive decision-making. This role involves establishing estimate assumptions, documenting the Basis of Estimate, identifying major cost drivers, and progressively refining estimates as project scope matures. The position requires collaborating with various teams to validate inputs, maintain cost models, and support governance and reporting processes.
