Cost Estimator

Parsons is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to provide independent cost estimating, pricing analysis, and technical support for a major federal construction program in the National Capital Region. The role involves developing and reviewing cost estimates, evaluating contractor proposals, and supporting negotiations to ensure project costs are accurate and aligned with program requirements. The Cost Estimator will work closely with Government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to support effective cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
