The Cost & Inventory Accounting Manager serves as the bridge between operations and finance, owning inventory transaction integrity, operational financial controls, and manufacturing variance analysis for product lines. This hands-on role supports scalable financial reporting, accurate gross margins, and operational decision-making as the company transitions from pre-commercial to commercial stage. The position reports to the Corporate Controller and requires cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
