Cost Manager

JLL is seeking a Cost Lead to manage cost planning, estimating, and control for large-scale real estate and construction projects, including mixed-use districts and office developments. Responsible for both pre-contract cost estimation and post-contract cost auditing, valuation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with design teams, general contractors, and stakeholders to drive fair contract prices and accurate financial reporting.
