Cost Manager

JLL is seeking a Cost Lead and/or Quantity Surveyor with experience in large-scale real construction, including residential, commercial, and fit-out projects, to support strategic real estate development efforts. The role involves managing cost planning, estimating, change orders, and valuations across mixed-use districts and ground-up office projects with minimal supervision. This position requires collaborating with design teams, general contractors, and stakeholders to drive engineering priorities and ensure accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle.
