The ideal candidate will lead value engineering workshops and prepare executive-level financial reports while ensuring financial transparency across complex civil works.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cost estimates and life-cycle costing analysis
Integrate cost data with schedules for EVM analysis and reporting
