Cost Manager

The Cost Manager owns the cost picture for assigned Data Center Infrastructure projects, managing budgets, commitments, actuals, and forecasts from budget development through close-out. This role ensures accurate cost tracking, prepares monthly reports and forecasts, and manages change orders to provide project leadership with an early view of cost risks and opportunities. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience with construction contracts and cost management platforms.
