Cost Manager

The Cost Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining cost control systems to track budgets, commitments, and forecasts for projects of medium complexity. This role involves collaborating with cost managers and senior cost managers to lead project teams, manage project objectives, and ensure successful project delivery from pre-design to completion. The position requires strong communication skills to represent clients, manage vendor negotiations, and support construction and procurement activities.
