Cost Manager

The Cost Manager provides day-to-day cost management and commercial support to the project team, ensuring accurate measurement, payment assessment, change control, forecasting, and record keeping in accordance with the contract and agreed project procedures. The role involves reviewing contractor payment applications, measuring completed work, preparing commercial registers, and supporting cost reporting and risk analysis. This position requires strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and FIDIC-based contracts, with a focus on maintaining integrity and attention to detail in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
