About this role
A Senior Should Cost / Design-to-Cost Engineer based at Thales' La Ferté-Saint-Aubin site responsible for introducing and deploying design-to-cost and should-cost methodologies to ensure product competitiveness in land and air weapon systems and munitions. The role is embedded in the Vehicles and Tactical Systems domain and supports product definition, industrialization and supplier engagement across mechanical and electronic domains. It contributes to internal databases and the development of tool-supported processes to professionalize cost engineering across the product portfolio.
