Cost Planning Lead

The Cost Planning Lead establishes and leads cost planning processes and frameworks across the WRL project, providing timely financial insight to support decision-making and budget governance. This hands-on role collaborates with design, project control teams, and the EPC contractor to monitor the construction budget and manage cost planning aspects of contracts. The position requires strong expertise in cost engineering, estimating, and contract management on major infrastructure projects.
